Original objectives

The project will promote renewable energy to Local Authorities, businesses and industry as well as the general public, within Hampshire and West Sussex.

This will be achieved through the following main activities:

  • Facilitating internal workshops within the two county councils, to produce renewable energy action plans.

  • Providing a helpdesk for expert advice on renewable energy at local events attended by businesses and the general public and presentations which will improve free flow of information to Local Authorities and local businesses.

  • An event aimed at Local Authorities and businesses throughout the two counties to look at ways at which they can use renewable energy and implement projects.
